The Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Multi-Instrument Sound Immersion is a deeply nourishing ritual designed to open the heart, calm the mind, and facilitate spiritual connection. Led by Dannie Kravetz of Embodilini and Allison Landis of Breath&Flame, you will be held in a safe and sacred container.

The ceremony begins with the ceremonial use of cacao, a sacred plant medicine revered for its ability to awaken the heart and promote emotional clarity. As participants drink the rich, velvety cacao, they are invited to set intentions, allowing the energy of the plant to guide them into a state of deeper awareness and self-reflection.

Following the cacao ceremony, participants are immersed in a multi-instrumental sound journey. The soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, combined with other sacred instruments, create a sonic landscape that induces relaxation, healing, and a meditative state. These frequencies help shift brainwave patterns, promoting balance and release in the body and mind. All while wrapped in one of OM’s signature meditation hammocks.
